John the ferryman will have his boat in the water 11am till approx. 2pm on Sunday so please aim for a 11am meet up at Burnham Overy Staithe on Sunday. Park above the tide line (ask someone if you are unsure) and get in a que for the ferry, have a coffee or ice cream whilst you wait, there may be lots of us so it might take a little time….

It’s a small tide, high around midday. We will be able to walk back from the Island along the cockle path from around 4pm so please bare this in mind if you need to rush back before (once the tide is up you need to wait for it to go down before you can get back to Burnham Overy Staithe).

Wear shorts, bring swim stuff and shoes that don’t mind the water and the MUD, it’s a slippery return and involves some wading through water so please bare that in mind.

PLEASE JOIN US! If you need more info and are not on our mail shots already please get in touch via the contact page.
